The band formed in the area of Fagersta, Sweden in 2001. A small group of people grewing up in the huge metal and punk scene that characterized the area during the -90`s. Seeing the scene slowly die as people moved on and bands turned into pieces was hard for such young and dedicated guys. Dedicated to their friends and the love of hardcore, Anders and Patrick formed the band along with Billy and Patrik. The goal was to show the world that Sweden still is a part of the hardcore-game.

DEAD REPRISE took form as one of the leading bands within the divided hardcore-scene. Along with crew-mates Path Of No Return, they breathed new air to the scene who started to grow fast again.

With hundreds of demos out from different recordings, the band got to play shows all over Scandinavia with bands like Sworn Enemy, Walls Of Jericho, Terror, Comeback Kid, Shattered Realm and Hoods to name a few. In the year of 2004 they did a successful tour in Poland with local heroes 1125.

DEAD REPRISE have songs that can be found on different compilations worldwide and some tracks even got air-time in different underground radio-stations in Europe. The debut mcd "Death Of A Nation" is released through Dead Vibrations Industry. It was recorded in Black Lounge studios with producer Jonas Kjellgren (Centinex, ex-Carnal Forge) and the artwork is made by the amazing artist Dave Quiggle (No Innocent Victim, All Out War, xDisciplex AD).
