Formed during 2002, Divine was at the time Gorka-vocals, N.Sandoval-singing (ex 6-dtc), Mike-guitar (ex-M.O.J, Might Is Right), Fabien-guitar (ex Cry-Havoc), Michael Angel-bass (ex Might Is Right and countless punk, ska, hardcore bands) and Nech-drums (ex Marquise). The band name was chosen as an hommage to the transvetite actor Divine. Together we recorded a 5 songs demo mcd called "In Love Nothing Is Crime...So I Don't Owe You A Dime" still available (contact us if interested). We played a couple of shows as a 6 piece. In 2004 Gorka left the band to put all of his efforts into painting (www.akrog.fr.st) and Fabien decided to go live in Peru. In october we recorded a promo cd containing two songs: "Leave Me Definitely" and "The Letter". 2005 saw the release of the video "The Letter" done by Pierpolak for C3h8 films (www.c3h8.hard-core.pl). The 20/02/05 show was the last one for N.Sandoval that decided to dedicate all his efforts to his others projects. The new singer is Florent and soon after Raph (ex- Kickback, Trapped In Life, Hardside, 6-dtc) joined the band as the second guitar. Let's see now what the future has to offer for Divine.
